Returns & Exchanges

At HGP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HGP account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
